Privacy Policy
AIBIZCONSULT ("AIBizConsult", "we", "us", or "our") is an AI workflow consulting practice based in Orlando, Florida, USA. We operate the website at aibizconsult.com and provide consulting services and workflow tools to our clients (together, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide to us
- Contact information. When you email us or book a workflow review, we collect your name, email address, and whatever you include in your message.
- Client and billing information. When you engage us, we collect the information needed to deliver and invoice the work, such as your business name, contact details, and engagement records.
- Engagement content. Materials you share with us during an engagement so we can build and support your workflow systems.
Information collected automatically
- Log data. Our web server records standard technical data such as IP address, browser user agent, and request time. We use this for security and to operate the site.
- Cookies. The public website does not use advertising or third-party analytics cookies. Client-facing tools use only the cookies strictly necessary to keep an authorized user signed in.
Information from third-party platforms you connect
Some of our Services help clients plan and measure content on social platforms. If you (or your business, with your authorization) connect a platform account to our Services:
- We receive only the data you explicitly authorize through that platform's consent screen, limited to the permissions you approve. Depending on those permissions, this may include your platform user identifier, display name, avatar, and information about your own content and its performance.
- We use that data solely to provide the Services to you: showing your content and performance in your workspace. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell it.
- We handle data from each connected platform in accordance with that platform's developer terms and applicable policies.
- You can disconnect a platform at any time by telling us or using the disconnect controls in your workspace, and you can also revoke our access from within the platform itself. When you disconnect or revoke access, we stop collecting data from that platform and delete the platform data we hold for you as described in Section 5.
2. How we use information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Services, including responding to inquiries and delivering client engagements.
- To invoice for our work and keep required business records.
- To keep the Services secure and prevent abuse.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use personal information for third-party advertising.
3. How we share information
- Service providers. We use infrastructure providers (such as web hosting and email) that process data on our behalf under obligations of confidentiality, only as needed to run the Services.
- At your direction. When you ask us to share information with a third party you name.
- Legal reasons. We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our clients, the public, or AIBIZCONSULT.
- Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.
We never share data received from a connected platform with third parties except as described above, as permitted by that platform's developer terms, or with your explicit consent.
4. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here: contact inquiries while we correspond with you; client records for the duration of the engagement plus the period required for legal, tax, and accounting obligations; and server logs for a limited period for security purposes. Data received from a connected platform is retained only while the connection is active and is refreshed or deleted according to that platform's requirements.
5. Deletion and your choices
- Inquiries and marketing. Email us and we will delete correspondence we are not legally required to keep, and stop contacting you.
- Client data. At the end of an engagement, we return or delete engagement materials on request, except records we must retain by law.
- Connected platforms. Disconnect the platform or revoke access on the platform itself. We delete the data we received from that platform within 30 days of disconnection or a verified deletion request.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by applicable law. We do not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the data we hold, including transport encryption (HTTPS), authentication and access controls on client-facing tools, and separation of client data from the public website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children
Our Services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; if you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. International users
We operate from the United States, and information we collect is processed in the United States. If you interact with us from another region, you understand your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above, and for material changes we will provide additional notice on this website or by email. Continued use of the Services after a change means the updated policy applies.
